By purchasing any design services from stuffbandsneed.com you are assuring that all images, logos, designs, songs, slogans and catch phrases are your own and that you either own the copyright to them or they are not copyrighted. In the case that any legal action is taken in regards to copyright protected material, you, customer take full responsibility for attorneys fees, fines, penalties, and other monies incurred. stuffbandsneed.com takes no responsibility for any media submitted that is not owned buy submitter.

summed up... don't send us any pictures or songs to work with that aren't your own creation. It's illegal. If you do, stuffbandsneed.com will not be responsible for any legal action that is taken against you.

Filler-
Design does not mean we write a killer bio or come to your house and take pictures to throw on your site. You provide us with the info and images you want presented and we design how to display it in a legible and upbeat way.

If you do need a bio or catch phrase e-mail us, and we'll write you up a tight bio for an additional charge. It's usually best to have an outside source write you "BIO"graphy...

If you need photos for your press kit, site or store give us an email or a call. We know some tight local photographers that will give you bangin' pics for a great price.

We have a lot of solutions for things you need. We've been around for a while and have a tight network of friends doing the same thing you're trying to do. Don't be afraid to call us, if we can't help you we can probably point you to someone that can!

-Payment and refund-

Payment is expected upon purchase of products and services. Refunds for services will only be given within 12 hours of purchase. After 12 hours of purchase the design process will have started. Please call 860.304.7426 for refunds!

-Web site Design-

The web site packages sold on www.stuffbandsneed.com are only design packages and do not include hosting or domain names. You will need to purchase your hosting plan and domain name from another site. We personally suggest www.cleverdot.com because you get free software and email accounts with your domain name. If you want stuffbandsneed.com to take care of your hosting and domain name please call or email us before you purchase your web site package from us.

-Stuffbandsneed.com is not responsible for maintaining your usernames and/or passwords. You will have to provide us with your ftp login name and password and we suggest that you change your password once stuffbandsneed.com has completed all work related to your site.

-The packages available on stuffbandsneed.com do not include updates. They are for one time design of each page of your site. If your site needs to be updated frequently, let us know in an e-mail or phone call. We will work with you to get an update schedule and send you a contract for the updates.

-Online Stores-

Stuffbandsneed.com uses Paypal to power online stores. We STRONGLY suggest that you look at the paypal terms and conditions before having us design your online store. Paypal will take a small percentage of each sale rather than charge you a straight annual fee. Stuffbandsneed.com is not responsible for any fees incurred to your paypal account.

-The online stores available on stuffbandsneed.com do not include updates. They are for one time design of each page of your site. If your site needs to be updated frequently, let us know in an e-mail or phone call. We will work with you to get an update schedule and send you a contract for the updates.

-Printable Media-

Our price for printable media is only for the design and print ready file that will be e-mailed to you unless otherwise stated. We can take care of the printing for you through one of our outside vendors for an additional charge.

-
